Ingredients

For the Base
  • 1 package Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
For the Topping
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips for melting
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil to thin out the chocolate
For Garnish
  • 1 cup sprinkles optional

Method

Prepare the Oreo Mixture
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with the Oreo cookie crumbs until well blended.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Chill the Cookie Balls
  1. Refrigerate the baking sheet with the Oreo balls for about 15 minutes to firm them up.
Melt the White Chocolate
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and coconut oil.
  2. Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until smooth.
Dip the Oreo Balls
  1. Remove the Oreo balls from the fridge. Using a fork, dip each ball into the melted white chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
  2. Place the dipped balls back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
Add Sprinkles
  1. While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle the tops with decorative sprinkles if desired.
Set the Chocolate
  1. Let the chocolate-covered Oreo balls sit at room temperature or refrigerate until the chocolate is set, about 15 minutes.
Serve
  1. Once set, serve the White Chocolate Dipped Oreos on a platter and enjoy!
