A refreshing and crunchy salad made with apples, celery, walnuts, and grapes, dressed in a creamy mayonnaise dressing.

Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 2 cups diced apples use a mix of sweet and tart apples
  • 1 cup chopped celery fresh
For the Dressing
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt for a lighter option
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon honey to taste
For the Topping
  • 1 cup grapes halved
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts lightly toasted

Method
 

Prepare the Ingredients
  1. Wash and dice the apples into small cubes.
  2. Chop the celery into small pieces.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and honey. Mix well until smooth.
  2. Adjust seasoning with additional honey if desired.
Combine the Salad
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced apples, chopped celery, halved grapes, and chopped walnuts.
  2. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all the ingredients evenly.
Serve
  1. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes before serving to enhance the flavors.
  2. Serve cold, garnished with additional walnuts if desired.

Notes
