Ingredients
  

For the Ham
  • 1 whole bone-in ham about 6-8 pounds
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
For the Side Dish
  • 4 cups green beans
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Ham
  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, ground cinnamon, and ground cloves to create the glaze.
  3. Place the ham in a roasting pan, score the surface in a diamond pattern, and brush generously with the glaze.
  4. Cover the ham loosely with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour.
  5. Remove the foil, baste with more glaze, and continue to bake for another 30 minutes, or until heated through and the glaze is caramelized.
Prepare the Green Beans
  1. While the ham is baking, rinse the green beans and trim the ends.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add green beans, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper; sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender-crisp.
Serve
  1. Once the ham is done, let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
  2. Serve the sliced ham warm with the sautéed green beans on the side.
