Prepare the Cookie Dough
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and graham cracker crumbs.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
Add Chocolate and Marshmallows
- Fold in the chocolate chips and mini marshmallows until evenly distributed.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized amounts of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
Bake the Cookies
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely.

Notes
For extra gooeyness, you can add more marshmallows on top right after removing the cookies from the oven. Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
