Method
 

Prepare the Turkey
  1. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Add the turkey breast cutlets to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Cook the Cutlets
  1. Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Once hot, add the marinated turkey cutlets to the skillet, cooking for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve
  1. Remove the turkey cutlets from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes.
