Prepare the Bread Pudding

- In a large bowl, whisk together the milk, cream, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and peppermint extract until well combined.
- Add the cubed bread and chocolate chips to the mixture, stirring gently to coat the bread evenly.
- Let the mixture sit for about 15 minutes to allow the bread to absorb the liquid.
- Pour the bread mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
Bake the Pudding
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Serve
- Serve warm, topped with whipped cream and sprinkled with crushed peppermint candy.
