Ingredients
  

For the Base
  • 1.5 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
  • 0.5 cups unsalted butter melted
For the Filling
  • 1 cup Nutella
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cups powdered sugar
For the Topping
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped
  • 1 tablespoon chocolate shavings for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Crust
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie pan.
  3. Chill the crust in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Make the Filling
  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the Nutella and powdered sugar, and mix until fully combined.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped heavy cream until mixture is smooth and fluffy.
Assemble the Pie
  1. Pour the Nutella filling into the chilled crust, spreading it evenly.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
Prepare the Topping
  1. Whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. Spread or pipe the whipped cream over the set Nutella filling.
  3. Sprinkle chocolate shavings on top for garnish.
Serve
  1. Slice the pie into wedges and serve chilled.
