Ingredients
  

For the Tilapia
  • 4 fillets tilapia about 6 ounces each
  • 4 tablespoons butter unsalted
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For the Green Beans
  • 1 pound green beans trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Prepare the Green Beans
  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add the trimmed green beans and cook for about 5 minutes until tender-crisp.
  3. Drain the green beans and toss them in a bowl with olive oil, lemon juice, and salt.
Cook the Tilapia
  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Season the tilapia fillets with paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Place the fillets in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
Serve
  1. Plate the tilapia fillets alongside the green beans.
  2. Drizzle any remaining garlic butter from the skillet over the tilapia.
  3. Enjoy your meal!
