  • 1 tablespoon honey

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken

  2. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Make the Glaze
  1. In a small saucepan, combine the cranberry sauce, lime juice, lime zest, and honey.
  2. Heat over medium heat until the mixture is warmed through and slightly thickened, about 5 minutes.
Bake the Chicken
  1. Place the seasoned chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  2. Pour the cranberry lime glaze over the chicken, ensuring it is well coated.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
Serve
  1. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
