Method
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the buttermilk, melted butter, sugar, and eggs, mixing until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Fold in half of the holiday sprinkles gently into the batter.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Sprinkle the remaining holiday sprinkles on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely.
