Prepare the Base
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to a rectangular shape.
Cook the Beef
- In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes.
- Drain excess grease and stir in the taco seasoning according to the package instructions, adding water as needed.
Assemble the Breadsticks
- Spread the cooked taco beef evenly over the rolled-out pizza dough.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the beef.
- Cut the dough into strips, approximately 1 inch wide.
Bake the Breadsticks
- Place the strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the breadsticks are golden brown.
Serve
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Serve warm with sour cream, chopped green onions, and jalapeños on the side.
