Ingredients
  

For the Salmon
  • 4 fillets salmon about 6 oz each
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
For the Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
For Garnish
  • 2 tablespoons green onions sliced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Method
 

Prepare the Salmon
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear the salmon fillets skin-side down for 3-4 minutes until crispy.
  5. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for an additional 8-10 minutes until cooked through.
Make the Bang Bang Sauce
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice until smooth.
Serve
  1. Remove the salmon from the oven and drizzle generously with the Bang Bang sauce.
  2. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes
