Prepare the Base

- In a small bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, brown sugar, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Drizzle the topping mixture evenly over the bread pudding base.
Bake
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
