  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 3 tablespoons unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup filtered water

Instructions

  1. Prepare your molds by lightly spraying shot glasses or silicone molds with non-stick spray.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, mix 1 cup of water with 3 tablespoons of gelatin until dissolved.
  3. Stir in 1/4 cup sugar and 1 cup raspberries; heat gently until blended.
  4. Remove from heat and slowly add in 2 cups of chilled Prosecco while stirring gently.
  5. Pour the mixture into prepared molds and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
  6. To serve, run a knife along the edge of the molds and garnish with additional raspberries.
