  • 4 cups stale brioche or challah bread, cubed
  • 2 cups fresh apple cider
  • 1/2 cup bourbon
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk or heavy cream

  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
