Instructions

  1. Rinse the turkey giblets under cold water. In a saucepan, cover with water and simmer for about 1 hour until tender. Remove from heat and chop into small pieces.

  4. Gradually whisk in chicken broth while scraping any bits from the pan. Stir in the chopped giblets.
