  • ½ cup unsweetened dried cranberries or raisins

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, nuts, seeds, coconut flakes, and cinnamon until evenly mixed.
  3. Melt the coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in vanilla extract and pour over the dry mixture. Mix well to coat.
