  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine flour and sugar. Cut in cold butter until coarse crumbs form. Add one egg and mix until dough forms. Press the mixture into tartlet pans.
  2. Bake the crusts for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool slightly.
  3. Melt dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in short bursts until smooth. Let cool slightly before adding the second egg and stirring until combined.
  4. Fill each tartlet shell generously with the chocolate mixture.
  5. Top with mini marshmallows arranged like fangs.
  6. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes until marshmallows are puffy and lightly toasted.
