  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix the drained tuna, mayonnaise, chopped celery, Dijon mustard, and paprika until well combined.
  2. Spread the tuna mixture onto two slices of bread. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and cover with the remaining slices.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tbsp of butter. Place one sandwich in the skillet and grill until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes).
  4. Flip the sandwich, add more butter if needed, and grill until both sides are crispy and the cheese has melted (another 3-4 minutes).
  5. Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve warm.
