Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface to about 1/8-inch thick and cut into circles (3 inches in diameter).
  3. Lightly score another circle inside each cut-out without cutting through.
