  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare your workspace by gathering all ingredients.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant, then add spinach until wilted.
  3. In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, cooked spinach, parmesan, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
