  • 1 tbsp honey or brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Prep all ingredients by slicing beef and chopping vegetables.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili paste, honey/brown sugar, and cornstarch until smooth.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add sliced beef in batches and sear until browned (about 3-4 minutes). Remove beef from the skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, add garlic and ginger; sauté until fragrant.
  5. Add snap peas and red bell pepper; stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until veggies are bright and crispy.
  6. Return beef to the skillet and pour in the sauce mixture. Cook until thickened (about 1-2 minutes).
  7. Serve hot over rice or noodles.
