Instructions

  3. Incorporate eggs one at a time, mixing gently after each addition. Add sour cream, vanilla extract, and chai spice blend; mix until smooth.
  4. Pour filling over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until edges are set but center jiggles slightly.
  5. Cool in the oven with the door cracked for one hour. Chill in the fridge for at least four hours or overnight before serving.
