- 24 oz fresh or frozen cheese ravioli
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¼ cup fresh basil, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of the dish. Layer half of the ravioli over the sauce.
- Dollop half of the ricotta on top of the ravioli, then sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Repeat the layering process with remaining ingredients: marinara sauce, ravioli, ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
- Finish with one last layer of marinara sauce and sprinkle any leftover mozzarella and fresh basil on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
