  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time followed by pumpkin puree and vanilla extract until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Gradually mix this into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and mini marshmallows evenly into the dough.
  6. Scoop tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets about two inches apart. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden around the edges but still soft in the center.
