Instructions

  1. Peel and grate the potatoes, then rinse under cold water to remove excess starch. Drain thoroughly.
  2. In a bowl, mix the grated potatoes with chopped green onions, flour, eggs, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat until shimmering.
  4. Drop heaping tablespoons of the mixture into the hot oil and flatten slightly. Fry for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until both sides are crispy.
  6. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
