  • 3 cups cooked, shredded boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup raw pecans, roasted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper and bake for 25-30 minutes until fully cooked. Cool and shred.
  2. Spread pecans on a baking sheet and roast for 5-8 minutes until fragrant.
  3. While the chicken cools and nuts roast, chop celery and halve grapes.

  5. Combine shredded chicken, celery, grapes, and pecans in the dressing mixture. Gently fold until well coated.
