  4. Carefully stir the hot mixture until elastic. If sticky, add more sweet rice flour.
  5. Dust your hands with cornstarch, take portions of mochi dough, flatten them, place a dollop of peanut butter in the center, fold over, and roll into balls.
  6. Place on parchment paper to cool completely.
