  • 1 egg (for egg wash with 1 tbsp water)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  3. Place each pastry circle into a greased muffin tin, pressing gently to form cups.

  5. Fill each pastry cup generously with the cheese mixture.
  6. Brush the edges with an egg wash made from beaten egg and water.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and puffed up. Serve warm.
