  • 4 green onions (chopped)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and rice vinegar.
  2. Add the beef short ribs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for maximum flavor.

  4. Remove the ribs from the marinade and discard the leftover marinade. Grill the ribs for about 5-7 minutes on each side until charred and cooked through.
