  • 1/2 cup pure honey
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. In a bowl, mix smoked paprika and black pepper. Rub this spice mixture generously over both sides of the ribs.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, ketchup, and apple cider vinegar until smooth.
  4. Place the seasoned ribs on the baking sheet and cover tightly with foil. Bake for about 2 hours until tender.
  5. Remove the foil, brush half of the honey-garlic sauce over the ribs, and broil on high for about 5 minutes until bubbly.
