  • 1 lemon (zested and quartered)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Remove turkey from packaging and giblets; pat dry.
  2. In a bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, and chopped herbs. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Gently loosen turkey skin over the breast and spread half of the herb butter underneath. Rub remaining butter all over the turkey.
