  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup cucumber, grated (for tzatziki)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (for tzatziki)
  • Juice of 1 lemon (for tzatziki)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, parsley, garlic, red onion, oregano, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into meatballs about an inch in diameter and place them on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
  5. For tzatziki: In another bowl, mix grated cucumber (squeeze out moisture), Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve warm meatballs with tzatziki on the side.
