  • 6 cups Golden Grahams cereal
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray or line with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt butter and brown sugar until smooth, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat, stir in Golden Grahams until well coated.
  4. Press half the mixture into the prepared dish for the base.
  5. Sprinkle half the mini marshmallows and half the chocolate chips on top. Add remaining cereal mixture, followed by the rest of the marshmallows and chocolate.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until marshmallows are golden brown. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
