  • 1/2 cup gochujang
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground ginger

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Place the pork ribs on a lined baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, mix gochujang, honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and ground ginger until smooth.
  3. Generously coat both sides of the ribs with marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour or overnight for maximum flavor.
  4. Cover the ribs tightly with foil and bake for 2 to 2.5 hours until tender.
  5. For extra char, grill the marinated ribs over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes on each side before serving.
