  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce (adjust for spice preference)
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • For the Dipping Sauce: 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • Additional Sriracha sauce to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces (about 2 inches).
  3. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, Sriracha, honey, and lemon juice until well combined.
  4. Dip each salmon piece into the mixture, then roll in panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  5. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Serve hot with additional dipping sauce.
