  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange Saltine crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter with brown sugar, stirring until bubbling.
  4. Pour the caramel mixture evenly over the crackers.
  5. Bake for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over hot toffee.
  7. Melt chocolate chips and drizzle over the top once cooled slightly.
  8. Allow to cool completely before breaking into pieces.
