Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the diced apples with brown sugar and cinnamon until evenly coated.
  3. Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheets on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick and cut into squares (4 inches).
