  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tsp fresh sage, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant (30 seconds), then add spinach until wilted.
  3. Peel and cube the butternut squash; steam until tender (15 minutes). Blend into a smooth puree, seasoning with salt and pepper.
