  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Fit the pie crust into a 9-inch pan and chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Toast chopped pecans on a baking sheet for about 8-10 minutes until fragrant.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together brown sugar, eggs, melted butter, bourbon, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  5. Stir in toasted pecans until well-coated.
  6. Pour filling into the prepared crust and bake for 50-55 minutes until edges are set and center is slightly jiggly.
  7. Allow to cool completely before slicing and serving.
