Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.

  4. In another bowl, whisk eggs, bourbon, vanilla extract, and remaining sugars until combined. Fold in toasted pecans.
  5. Pour filling over the baked crust and return to the oven for an additional 25-30 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
