  • 1 cup bourbon
  • 2 ripe peaches, diced
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 can (8 oz) pineapple slices

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and season generously with salt and smoked paprika.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine bourbon, ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, honey, garlic powder, and diced peaches; stir until bubbling.
  4. Brush half of the glaze on both sides of the ribs and place them on indirect heat.
