  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (divided)
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin tin or line it with mini cupcake liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine brownie mix, melted butter, and eggs until smooth. Fold in half of the chocolate chips.
  3. In another bowl, cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Gradually add flour and remaining chocolate chips until just combined.
  4. Spoon about one tablespoon of brownie batter into each muffin cup, then top with one tablespoon of cookie dough.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are set but centers are soft. Cool in the pan for five minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
