  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Layer about six sheets of phyllo dough in the dish, brushing each with melted butter.
  3. In a bowl, mix ground walnuts with cinnamon and a tablespoon of sugar; sprinkle over the phyllo base.
