  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a springform pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Press this mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add brown sugar; then mix in sour cream, eggs (one at a time), and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Fold in half of the toasted pecans and pour the batter over the crust.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes until set but slightly jiggly in the center.
  6. Once cooled, top with remaining pecans and drizzle caramel sauce if desired. Slice and serve.
