  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 (3.4 oz) package pistachio pudding mix
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup red M&M's

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time along with vanilla extract; mix until fully combined.
  5. Stir in pistachio pudding mix until dough is green.
  6. Gradually add dry ingredients and fold in chocolate chips and M&M's.
  7. Using a cookie scoop, drop dough onto prepared sheets about two inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10 minutes or until edges are golden but centers remain soft. Cool on baking sheets before transferring to wire racks.
