Holiday Brie & Herb Puff Pastry Stars are the ultimate festive treat that combines flaky pastry with creamy Brie and aromatic herbs.   • 1 sheet puff pastry (thawed)
  • 8 oz Brie cheese (cut into small pieces)
  • 2 tbsp fresh thyme (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp fresh rosemary (chopped)
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface until about 1/8 inch thick.
  3. Cut out star shapes using a cookie cutter and place half on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Place pieces of Brie in the center of each star and sprinkle herbs on top.
  5. Top with another star cutout, pressing the edges to seal.
  6. Brush each star with egg wash, then sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
