  • 12 large mushrooms
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and remove stems; set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix crab meat, cream cheese, garlic, parsley, chives, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Generously stuff each mushroom cap with the crab filling.
  5. Top with remaining panko breadcrumbs.
  6. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
