- 8 large cabbage leaves
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs, at room temperature
- 1/3 cup ketchup (plus more for topping)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Boil water in a large pot. Blanch cabbage leaves for 3-5 minutes until softened; drain and set aside.
