Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 8 oz penne or fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  3. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides (about 6 minutes per side). Remove from heat and let rest before slicing.
  4. In the same skillet, melt butter over low heat. Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, stirring until smooth.
  5. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, broccoli florets, sliced chicken, and half of the Alfredo sauce; mix well.
  6. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce on top and sprinkle with additional Parmesan if desired. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
